Key Responsibilities

  • Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update client records, policy documentation, and internal databases
  • Liaise with insurers, brokers, and clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth policy administration
  • Monitor policy expirations and assist in renewal coordination
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other billing-related documents
  • Support claims processing by gathering documentation and coordinating with relevant parties
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
  • Generate reports and assist in audits or internal reviews as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the insurance team, including scheduling and correspondence

Qualifications & Skills

  • College Graduate
  • At least 6 months experience in insurance administration or a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with insurance platforms is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
