Customer Service Executive- WFH

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage lead follow-ups, respond to inquiries on social media, and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team. Experience with eCommerce platforms and social media management is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Follow up on incoming leads promptly and professionally.
-Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms.
-Qualify leads to ensure they meet the sales team's criteria before passing them on.
-Assist in managing eCommerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and lead conversion.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
-Familiarity with social media platforms for business communication.
-Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok is preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
