Job Qualification

● Preferably graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration or Accounting

● At least 1-2 years' experience in supply chain, (warehouse or logistics) is an advantage

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Google Workspaces

● Ability to work with minimum supervision

● High attention to details

● Good negotiation skills

● Ability to multi-task and self-motivate to ensure completion of tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that detention charges from shipping lines will be avoided.

  2. Follow-up and compute diadem billing weekly

.3. Update cebu trucking hauler for containers to be picked up in diadem.

  1. Gives update on release shipment weekly.

  2. Check detention billing sent by shipping lines.

  3. Encode and ensure update "IMPORT MODULE" .

  4. Ensure that shipment reports are properly updated.

  5. Check Hauler's Billing and forward to the Finance Dept

  6. Monitor importation shipments from releasing until container return.

  7. Update and send EIR documents to our broker's agent

  8. Coordinates with buyers, warehouse and operation for all incoming and receiving shipment

  9. Check Hauler's Billing and forward to the Finance Dept

  10. Perform other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
