Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the overall LPG branch operations.
  • Monitor daily sales, collections, and inventory of LPG tanks and related products.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
  • Supervise branch personnel (sales staff, riders, utility, etc.) and ensure team efficiency.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Safeguard branch assets, including cash handling and LPG stocks.
  • Coordinate with the head office regarding supply, logistics, and branch concerns.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to boost branch performance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course (preferred) or at least College Level.
  • With experience in retail, sales, logistics, or branch operations (preferably LPG or related industry).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be honest, trustworthy, and dependable in handling cash and branch operations.
  • Can work under pressure and willing to render extended hours when needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
