Client Prospecting & Acquisition

  • · Supervise branch staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

  • · Coordinate closely with the Manila office on operational, administrative, and sales-related matters.

  • · Ensure timely communication and reporting between the branch and the head office.

  • · Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • · Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities to the best of abilities as delegated by the Commercial Head and Country Manager.

  • · Comply with company instructions, policies, and ethical standards.

  • · Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

  • · Undertake additional sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.Postgraduate studies (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.Experience in branch or team management is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated success in client acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

3 / 6Strong leadership and people management abilities to oversee branch operations and staff performance.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for tracking sales activities and performance.

Deep understanding of logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding services is highly desirable.

Strong market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and assess competitive trends.
