Vice President for Administration

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations (logistics, supplies, security, utilities).
- Manage office staff and administrative personnel.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all administrative activities.
(2) Human Resource Administration
- Supervise HR-related tasks (recruitment, records, performance monitoring, leave management).
- Coordinate staff development and training programs.
(3) Facilities and Asset Management
- Maintain school facilities, grounds, and equipment.
- Oversee repairs, renovations, and safety inspections.
(4) Finance and Procurement
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and compliance.
- Supervise procurement processes following DepEd/CHED and school policies.
(5) Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (DepEd, CHED, DOLE, BFP, LGUs).
- Prepare reports and documentation for accreditation and audits.
(6) Policy Implementation
- Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
- Support school leadership in strategic planning and operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Master's degree in Education Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration (preferred or required for some institutions).
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in an educational institution.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge of school operations and relevant government regulations (DepEd/CHED, DOLE, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- High ethical standards and professionalism
**Willing to relocate and report to the client's office in Negros Occidental, Visayas
