Customer Service Representative

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Review providers session notes and provide reminders on incomplete data
  • Make follow up on providers task via SMS, Email and/or Phone call
  • Input providers schedule and assist in correcting issues with the providers schedule on client tools

Job Description:

  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
  • Voice account experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Tools (Word and Excel)
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
