About the Role

As a
Client Solutions Executive
, you will be focused on business development and client relationships in the Philippines market. This role requires frequent travel to the Philippines as the market will be your main responsibility.

Your role will involve presenting material science testing products, creating new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer success. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored, high-impact solutions that position our client as their trusted partner.

What You'll Be Doing


New Business Development

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities using your market insights, cold calling, and site visits.
  • Client Presentation: Present innovative products—primarily around additive manufacturing and testing equipment.
  • Become an expert in key products; serve as a voice of authority in your field of expertise.
  • Technical Quotations: Prepare and deliver accurate, customized technical quotations based on client needs, ensuring solutions align with their objectives and deliver clear value.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on trust, collaboration, and delivering high-quality service.


Collaboration & Contribution

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination across all stages of the sales process—from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
  • Prepare and host seminars with supplier and regional teams to educate customers and build pipeline.
  • Marketing Insights: Contribute insights for marketing content creation, ensuring that messaging resonates with customer pain points and business goals.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.


1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a technical role within manufacturing equipment processes or a related industry (required).

Strong understanding of industrial equipment or manufacturing processes.

Ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with basic electrical concepts.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry-specific applications.

Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Willingness to travel frequently to the Philippines market.
