Position Overview:

The IT Solutions Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of IT systems and business solutions that support the company's operations and growth. This role ensures that technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, align with business objectives, and enhance overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, from planning and design to implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement software, ERP systems, and process automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
  • Establish IT policies, processes, and best practices for systems maintenance, security, and data management.
  • Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Lead a small IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential application in the company's business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or IT operations — preferably within supply chain, FMCG, or logistics industries.
  • Proven experience managing ERP systems and enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and application integration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, ITIL, or similar certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
