For over a decade we have specialized in staff augmentation, placing highly technical and professional roles from the Philippines directly into client teams. Our clients are primarily US SaaS, fintech, and enterprise companies seeking cost savings, efficiency, and long-term retention without outsourcing their operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Solutions Manager who has already been selling outsourced
staff augmentation services
to US companies. This is not a generic BPO sales role. The right candidate must have relevant recent experience and already understand the US target market, sales cycle, and objections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new US-based clients who require offshore staff augmentation in technical and non-technical roles.
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, outbound email, networking) through discovery, solution pitching, and closing.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at SaaS, fintech, and enterprise companies (Series A+, VC-backed, listed).
  • Confidently explain the staff augmentation model vs. outsourcing/BPO, positioning ProSource as the right partner and leader in the space.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings, and closed deals.
  • Work closely with the CEO, VP of OPS and Client Solutions team to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    2+ years direct experience
    selling
    staff augmentation services
    (not project outsourcing,not IT services, not call center services).
  • Current or recent role at a
    direct competitor
    providing offshore staff augmentation to
    US-based clients
    .
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise accounts in the US.
  • LinkedIn profile must clearly show staff augmentation sales as the current/recent role — zero ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to run discovery calls and pitch US executives with confidence.
  • Hybrid set up - mostly WFH with occasional meetings at the office. Laptop provided.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
