We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our growing team This role will support our purchasing department in sourcing, managing inventory, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and quality acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and evaluating vendor proposals.
  • Prepare purchase orders and monitor timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier database.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues on pricing, quality, or delivery.
  • Conduct market research for cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and support special procurement projects.
  • Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field (Open for Fresh Graduates).
  • 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (retail/sporting goods industry background a plus).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly dependable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
