About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking a dynamic and driven Seasonal Sales Staff to join our team in La Union, I locos Region. This part-time opportunity will allow you to utilize your sales expertise and customer service skills to contribute to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients
  • Achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and consultative selling techniques
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assisting with inventory management and store organization
  • Adapting to changing business needs and contributing to the overall success of the team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or service industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work during peak seasons and weekends as required
