As a Barista, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Responsible for preparing all endorsed orders.
  • Perform accurate cashiering & order taking.
  • Ensure that the company's standard of quality for each order prepared is met.
  • Ensure that all orders served are complete based on the order slip
  • Responsible for the cleanliness in the preparation area.
  • Ensure good quality of customer service is met.
  • Ensure that the store and all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
  • Conduct accurate daily inventory count and encode to POS System
  • Avoid and take accountability in any sales and inventory variances.
  • Send daily reports required by the management to ensure proper recording
  • Communicate professionally in all official group chats
  • Adhere to the company's code of conduct and all released memorandum.
  • Report to the management any irregularities, maintenance concern, customer complaints and other encountered problems concerning the operations.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
