RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing and serving milk tea, coffee and food that meet quality standards.
  • Responding to customer orders, questions, concerns and complaints.
  • Greeting, accepting, and handling of orders as well as suggestive selling.
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge in all current and new menu offerings.
  • Performing & following the standard procedures and recipe in making drinks.
  • Inventory management– checking and monitoring of stocks, reporting of cash & inventory variances, daily physical count, updating daily logs etc.
  • Sales remittance/bank deposit (if applicable).
  • Quality checking of all ingredients, supplies and drinks.
  • Daily cleaning, organizing & preparing of store– restroom, bar, table, store outside view, LCD, dining, storage, & dispatching areas, permits, marketing-related tools, signages etc.
  • Daily written sales report and monthly sales report to management.
  • Other store operations.
