JOB SUMMARY

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting with daily operations. You will be expected to work efficiently, maintaining product knowledge and offering an outstanding experience to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle customer feedback.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and surrounding spaces.
  • Report service or bar-related issues to management and suggest improvements.
  • Contribute to food and drink program ideas and development.
  • Regularly check and report on inventory levels.
  • Ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational courses or training in hospitality or food and beverage services is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing, latte art and beverages
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members.
