Motiv8 Wellness Studio, is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages. We are looking for someone passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and committed to creating a warm, welcoming experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks with consistency and quality.
  • Greet and engage customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Support Motiv8's wellness vision by upholding premium service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous barista or café experience is preferred (but training can be provided).
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaue City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
