About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who specializes in Troubleshooting and want to join on our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via Call/Voice. You'll provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 Months International in BPO/Call Center
  • Good written communication skills at Written & Verbal
  • Amenable to work onsite at Bridgetowne QC/Pasig

Compensation:

  • Up to 27,000 Salary Offer + Monetary Benefits
