About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Team Lead who's as comfortable getting their hands dirty as they are holding others accountable. This role sits between frontline operations and management — ideal for someone who loves solving problems, building processes, and making things work.

This is not a "sit back and manage" position. It's for people who lead by example, take ownership, and care deeply about doing things right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review reports and identify inconsistencies, errors, and process gaps.
  • Work cross-functionally with other team leads (who may be disorganized or unreliable) — hold them accountable through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Build or refine simple, logical processes that make workflows smoother.
  • Track deliverables and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support and guide junior team members without becoming "corporate."
  • Roll up your sleeves — you'll do real work, not just delegate.
  • Provide structured feedback and reports to management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations, process improvement, or team lead roles.
  • Excellent English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong critical thinking and pattern recognition.
