Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order follow-up and status updates.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Help monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least [1-2] years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
