
Human Resource Specialist

The Human Resource Specialist plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This position requires a strategic and proactive approach to recruitment, managing the full hiring lifecycle, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The HR Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies with Biggs Inc.'s culture and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Skilled in building and maintaining talent pipelines and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and promote fairness and inclusivity in hiring.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive and engaging disposition.
