About the role

Are you an experienced Human Resources Generalist looking for an exciting new role in Naga City? JTSworx' is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team based in Naga City. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR practices and standards

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally within a fast-paced, growing organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • A passion for enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organisation's growth
