Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing - Handles sales order placements, process customer sales orders, and deliveries
  • Sales Return Processing - ensure all data are correct and posted on the system
  • Recordkeeping responsibilities include sales and expense reports, electronic databases, and sales proposals for prospective customers.
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Handle administrative duties for the sales team and prepare sales records and sales orders.
  • Ensure all files are in order following 5s housekeeping.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Management, Marketing or any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, keen to detail, and customer focus.
