About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs effectively
  • Maintaining product knowledge and providing recommendations to customers
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure a neat and organised store appearance
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure smooth store operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Proficient in the local language and comfortable with basic mathematical skills
