JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

· Proven experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing his/her work; Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, architecture and/or 3D visualization.

· Licensed applicants must have a valid PRC license in Interior Design or Architecture and at least 15 relevant CPD units within the last three years.  Non-licensed applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 40 hours of training in interior space planning, CAD, 3D modeling, and materials selection, and must present a strong design portfolio.

JOB COMPETENCIES:

· High proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and documentation.

· Proficiency in at least one industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g. SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Enscape, Lumion or similar software).

· Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating innovative spaces.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement the full interior design concept for all STRIC facility spaces, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic quality.

· Create detailed and realistic 3D models of all designated areas, applying appropriate textures, lighting, and materials.

· Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials consistent with the STRIC's mission and brand identity.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to present design concepts, gather input, and incorporate feedback into revisions.

· Prepare and maintain complete design documentation, including layouts, material palettes, and furniture specifications.

· Compile accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) detailing quantities of all approved furniture and related items.

Present final design concepts in clear, professional layouts for review and approval.
