Salesforce Associate Intern

About the role

As a Salesforce Associate Intern at VI Hub Services Inc.', you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development. This is a full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila, offering you the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

• Participate in comprehensive Salesforce training programs and certification preparation
• Learn Salesforce fundamentals including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform basics
• Understand business processes and how Salesforce supports organizational goals
• Complete assigned learning modules through Trailhead (Salesforce's learning platform)

Technical Support:

• Assist in basic Salesforce administration tasks under supervision
• Support data entry, data cleaning, and data migration activities
• Help create and maintain user documentation and process guides
• Participate in system testing for new features and updates

Project Assistance:

• Contribute to Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Assist in requirements gathering through user interviews and process mapping
• Support report and dashboard creation for various departments
• Help with user training session preparation and delivery

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business users to understand their Salesforce needs
• Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions
• Provide feedback on system usability and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with other software engineering team members on integrated solutions

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Fresh graduate (graduated within the last 6 months) or graduating student
• Career shifters with relevant educational background are welcome

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Basic web technologies knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus)
• Java programming knowledge (a plus)

Personal Qualities:

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience with CRM systems

• Any Salesforce Trailhead badges or certifications
