Job Responsibilities

1. Team Management and Coordination

  • Assist the EC Director in setting team goals and work plans, monitor implementation progress, and ensure goal achievement.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental resources (such as operations, marketing, and customer service) to promote efficient project implementation and resolve implementation issues.
  • Monitor team members' work quality, provide regular performance feedback, and optimize division of labor and processes.

2. Administrative Support

  • Responsible for the Director's schedule, meeting organization (including minutes writing), document organization, and email processing.
  • Manage office supply procurement, fixed asset maintenance, and logistics support, optimizing administrative processes.
  • Coordinate business partnerships and contract follow-up.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Organize e-commerce operational data (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, etc.), create visual reports, and provide optimization suggestions.
  • Monitor competitive product trends and industry trends, and regularly generate analytical reports to assist in decision-making.

4. Process Optimization and System Implementation

  • Develop team SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to promote standardized management.
  • Assist in developing performance appraisal plans to ensure team efficiency is aligned with goals.

5. Other General Affairs

  • Handle ad hoc tasks (such as travel arrangements, client reception, and emergency coordination).
  • Support the Director in completing other tasks requiring cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Requirements

1. Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, marketing, e-commerce, or other related fields.
  • 1-3 years of e-commerce industry experience, preferably with experience in team management or as a Director Assistant.

2. Core Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, with basic data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with the operational logic and backend operations of major e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Clear logic and strong written communication skills, capable of independently writing reports and proposals.

3. Qualifications

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and service awareness.
  • Strong learning ability, sensitivity to e-commerce industry trends, and a desire for long-term development.
