The Department of Science and Technology – National Capital Region (DOST-NCR) needs a competent individual to occupy ONE (1) CONTRACT OF SERVICE POSITION.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Position Title: PROJECT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT III (Capacity Building Lead)
  • Division/Section/Unit: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES / Project SARAI
  • Salary Grade: SG-12
  • Monthly Salary: P38,694
  • No. of Vacancy: One (1)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Development Communication, Communication, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • At least 4 hours of related training is an advantage

JOB COMPETENCIES:

  • With skills in graphic design.
  • With skills in video production.
  • With skills in writing technical reports.
  • With good communication skills (written and oral).
  • With strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • With excellent analytical skills, can analyze and process data.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bicutan, Taguig City.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as full-time personnel for the Capacity Building Component of Project SARAI in NCR.
  • Develop communication plans for the program.
  • Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials related to the project.
  • Organize trainings and capacity building activities.
  • Prepare project presentations and reports.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Regional Office from time to time.
