Job Summary:
- To meet sales targets set thru the marketing & selling of all Toyota products, dealer's ancillary products and services.
- To ace all TMP quarterly & internal exams.
- To pass Sales Satisfaction Index & provide Heart Touching Experience (HTEs) to customers.
- To develop competencies required to ensure growth & developments as MP.
- To exercise due diligence in the aspects of Knowing Your Customer (KYC).
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration/Business Management Major in Marketing Management.
- With at least 6 mos. - 1 year work experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in automotive industry.
- Proficient in written and spoken English coupled with a natural ease in working with different types of customers.
- Extensive customer service orientation, must possess good interpersonal skills, flexible and can work under pressure.
- With good driving skills
- Ability to speak other language/s is an advantage.
- Knowledge of credit concepts of the automotive industry.
