Job Description

The role is responsible for analyzing and mapping business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on technical systems.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration—Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and admin tasks.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly define requirements, processes, and technical specs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Process Builder, Data Loader, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Exposure to integration platforms
  • Experience with project tools like Azure, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
