Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly host engaging live streams on platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to promote products.
  • Showcase product features, benefits, and pricing in an informative and persuasive manner.
  • Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, build a sense of community, and encourage participation.
  • Actively encourage purchases and achieve daily or monthly sales targets.
  • Create compelling content that drives traffic, views, and sales for the products being sold
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage sales performance, and build customer relationships
  • Work with marketing teams on content, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, e-commerce trends, and market updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any allied course.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills for engaging with a live audience
  • Must maintain a lively, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality throughout live sessions.
  • Confident and at ease speaking and performing in front of a live audience and camera
  • Proven ability to sell products and close deals in a live environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce websites, and live selling tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and during peak sales periods.
  • Good organizational skills to manage live streams and prepare products.
