HR RECRUITMENT STAFF

QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology or Major in Human Resource Development Management or any related course.
  • At least 1 Year working experience in related field is required for the position.
  • With strong background and work experience in recruitment and sourcing, manpower staffing and or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated knowledge for Recruitment on Field especially for PESO Job Fair.
  • Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Resourceful and can work with less supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen resumes, job application and conduct initial interview to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
