HR RECRUITMENT STAFF
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology or Major in Human Resource Development Management or any related course.
- At least 1 Year working experience in related field is required for the position.
- With strong background and work experience in recruitment and sourcing, manpower staffing and or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated knowledge for Recruitment on Field especially for PESO Job Fair.
- Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Good problem solving ability
- Resourceful and can work with less supervision
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes, job application and conduct initial interview to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Participate in job fairs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
