Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.

  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely salary payments and handling government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

  • Oversee office administration tasks including procurement, asset management, and office maintenance.

  • Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain company policies.

  • Initially assist in coordinating office and apartment renovations, vendor communication, progress tracking, and quality supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, familiar with Philippine labor laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

  • Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
