
HR/Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain employee records.
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely salary payments and handling government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Oversee office administration tasks including procurement, asset management, and office maintenance.
Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and maintain company policies.
Initially assist in coordinating office and apartment renovations, vendor communication, progress tracking, and quality supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, familiar with Philippine labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
