About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in cost estimation, tendering, and bill of quantities (BoQ) preparation. Proficiency in Cubit or MudShark is essential to perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysis. Sample projects include most sectors (e.g. Industrial/Technical, Schools/Hospitals, Data Centres, Office Fit outs, Sports Facilities, Council Projects, Insurance projects), except residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender documents, conduct detailed cost estimates, and develop BoQs using industry-standard measurement techniques.
  • Prepare competitive pricing strategies, detailed cost plans, and cost breakdowns aligned with project scope and benchmarks.
  • Apply Value Engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Prepare pricing schedules, trade breakdowns, and ensure timely, compliant tender submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate cost data and participate in post-tender negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZSMM and company cost management standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation, tendering, or construction procurement.
  • Proficiency in CUBIT software is a must
  • Exposure to a wide range of projects like Industrial/Technical, Schools/Hospitals, Data Centres, Office Fit outs, Sports Facilities, Council Projects, Insurance projects except residential is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of BoQ preparation, cost planning methodologies, and interpretation of engineering drawings, contracts, and tender documents.
  • Skilled in analysis, negotiation, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Australian construction industry standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm)
