Job Overview:

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Electrical with proven experience in oil & gas facilities, particularly in hazardous area environments. Join a leading engineering services provider to the oil & gas industry and contribute to delivering accurate and high-quality work packs for our Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive maintenance requests from the Lead Resource Estimator in Perth, Australia.
  • Locate and mark-up engineering drawings: Loop Diagrams, Single Line Diagrams, Termination Drawings, General Arrangements, P&IDs, Location Diagrams, and Data Sheets.
  • Locate procedures and identify correct ITRs for tasks.
  • Determine and estimate labour and materials for each activity.
  • Define job steps, identify required tools and equipment.
  • Raise engineering queries to clarify scope.
  • Source quotations from contractors and suppliers.
  • Compile all gathered information into standard work packs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical trade certification or related field with onsite oil & gas experience.
  • Maintenance/operational experience in hazardous area environments.
  • Hazard Area certification for oil & gas industry.
  • Strong ability to accurately estimate executable man-hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat (SAP experience an advantage).
  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
