We're on the lookout for a Jr. Accountant who's proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities. Whether you're a fresh graduate, career shifter, or someone without formal credentials—if you can do the work, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and submit tax forms, government documents, and compliance reports
  • Ensure accuracy in figures, postings, and documentation
  • Generate and file quarterly Summary List of Sales and Purchases for BIR (VAT, percentage tax, EWT, and compensation withholding)
  • Assist in preparing financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, notes to FS)
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and schedules (bank loans, payroll accruals, inward remittances, conversions, etc.)
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable; record transactions from bank ledgers and cash receipts
  • Generate and submit reports/payments for PEZA, SEC, BIR, and other agencies
  • Handle purchasing tasks, including vendor coordination and order tracking
  • Create and manage invoices for both U.S. and Philippine clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing

QUALIFICATIONS

You don't need a degree or years of experience—you just need to be able to do the job. If you're:

  • Comfortable using MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented and good with numbers
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Willing to learn U.S. accounting and tax practices (prior knowledge is a plus but not required)
  • A strong communicator and team player

  • Primarily day shift (local time)
  • May occasionally be required to report at night to coordinate with our U.S. team or handle U.S.-based accounting tasks
