Job Description

The Jr. Marketing Executive (IME) assists in managing market awareness and interest in the company and franchised brands. Their objective is to build brand equity and awareness, and increase sales for products and services.

As a representative of the company, they will participate in an individual development program that includes attending workshops and training programs to gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Create company literature and other communication forms.
  • Implement, coordinate, and monitor promotional and seasonal campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Maintain and routinely update the website.
  • Assist in developing a pool of customer prospects.
  • Conduct research on market potential and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct account research on key accounts.
  • Participate in individual development activities, including workshops, seminars, and training programs.
  • Create and manage an individual development plan to achieve personal growth goals.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, effective in a team environment.
  • Strong customer focus, showing sincere interest in client requirements.
  • Good time-management and personal-management skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, design software (Photoshop or Canva), and presentation software.

Performance Review
  • Monthly during the first three months, then quarterly.
Work Setup

Hybrid (at least 6 times a month onsite).

Willing to work in Mandaluyong for onsite schedule.
