Role Description

We are hiring
Salaried Unit Heads
in Cebu This is a
full-time leadership role
where you'll be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a team of Financial Advisors. As a Unit Head, you will set and achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training to your team, and ensure adherence to company standards and industry regulations. You will also be involved in strategic planning, performance management, and client relationship building to drive overall business growth.

Qualifications


Strong
leadership and people management skills


Proven experience
in sales and achieving targets


Solid understanding
of financial products and services


Excellent communication
, mentoring, and training skills


Ability
to create and implement effective strategies


Knowledge
of compliance and industry regulations


Licensed
in Traditional Life Insurance and VUL (experienced FAs and Unit Heads/Managers)


Background in the life insurance or bancassurance is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
