Job Summary

We are looking for an
Agency Assistant
to support our Marketing, Research, and Admin teams with day-to-day tasks. This is an
entry-level position
ideal for Senior High School graduates, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals who want to build practical work experience in a dynamic environment. While the role is primarily remote, some field work in Metro Manila may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and update records for marketing and research databases.
  • Send emails, SMS, and LinkedIn messages for outreach campaigns.
  • Support flyer distribution and other field-based marketing activities.
  • Assist in simple online research for projects and business development.
  • Coordinate basic scheduling, task tracking, and report updates.
  • Work closely with team members to support evolving project needs.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and assist with documentation.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College graduate (any field).
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Computer literate; familiar with spreadsheets, email, and online tools.
  • Metro Manila-based (for occasional in-person tasks).
  • Willing to work on weekends (with offset) and field assignments when needed.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
