Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Administrative Assistant
located in Metro Manila. The Administrative Assistant will assist in managing day-to-day office operations, handle clerical and organizational tasks, and provide administrative support to executives and teams. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, ensuring smooth office workflows, and supporting leadership in driving effective communication across the organization. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple tasks and keep the office running efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    administrative assistance and clerical support
  • Excellent
    phone etiquette and communication skills
    (written and verbal)
  • Prior experience in
    executive administrative support
    is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, Google Workspace, and general office equipment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptability in fast-paced settings
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Previous experience in a creative agency or similar environment is an advantage
