Roles and responsibilities:

  • Receive and answer inbound calls.
  • Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
  • Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
  • Send messages to customers through chat or email
  • Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
  • Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and/or third-party service providers.

Qualifications:

  • At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
  • College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to speak and understand English well.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Can operate basic computer systems without issue.
  • No experience in the BPO industry? Come and join us
  • Should be willing to work on-site.
  • Should be willing to work full-time.
  • Should be willing to undergo training.
  • Available to start immediately.
