We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Purchaser / Purchasing Agent to manage procurement for Sicilian Roast Italian Kitchen & Bar. It requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management expertise, and a solid understanding of the F&B supply chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
  • Secure the best value through competitive price quotations and favorable terms
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships

Inventory & Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels in coordination with kitchen and warehouse teams
  • Prevent stock-outs and overstocking through accurate forecasting
  • Ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues

Documentation & Analysis

  • Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate records
  • Track market trends, new products, and seasonal price fluctuations
  • Analyze costs and recommend strategies for savings and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (F&B or hospitality industry strongly preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of food ingredients, imported goods, and supplier networks
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of POS/inventory systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently under pressure
