Join Account Ventures Inc (AVI), the company behind the operations of BOK Korean Fried Chicken-- one of the fastest growing quick service restaurants in the Philippines, as we search for an Inventory Operations Associate. The Operations Associate helps keep the company's inventory and supplies organized and updated. This includes monitoring stock levels, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting branch operations to make sure products are always available. The role also involves using back-office systems (like StoreHub, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel) to keep records accurate and updated.

This is an entry-level role with training provided, offering opportunities to learn and grow in operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

·       Update inventory records in StoreHub Backoffice daily (Mon–Fri)

·       Send a simple daily variance report and resolve any differences by end of day

·       Help maintain and improve inventory tracking files

·       Support in avoiding stock shortages and ensuring smooth branch operations

·       Assist in updating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in NetSuite at month-end

Purchasing & Supplier Coordination

·       Create purchase orders in StoreHub Backoffice and NetSuite

·       Send purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on deliveries

·       Monitor supplier performance and mark items as "received" in the system

·       Assist in checking the quality of items received and help coordinate returns of defective products

Back Office Systems

·       Use systems such as StoreHub, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel to record and track inventory and purchasing activities

·       Help troubleshoot and maintain accuracy of records in the systems

·       Learn and suggest improvements to make processes faster and easier

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

·       Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

·       Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; knowledge of StoreHub, NetSuite, or PowerBI is a plus but not required

·       Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

·       Good communication and teamwork skills

·       Flexible to work outside regular hours when needed
