Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all maintenance work in compliance with Work Safe Method Statement (WMS).

  • Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and assign tasks.

  • Establish and maintain a reliable network of outside vendors and suppliers.

  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and departments to plan and prioritize tasks.

  • Generate and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Track and update progress of maintenance tasks to stakeholders.

  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and updates to keep everyone informed.

  • Ensure WMS policies and procedures are followed.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

  • Provide reports, data, and insights to support decision-making by management.
