Position: Farm Maintenance Supervisor – Broiler Farm

Location: Janiuay, Iloilo

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, machinery, and electrical systems at our Broiler Farm.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
  • Equipped with knowledge in motor controls, electrical connections, generators, pumps, and other farm equipment and machinery
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in farm or industrial settings
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound decision-making ability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage maintenance staff
  • Willing to stay in at the farm (free meals and accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and compliance with farm maintenance procedures and industry regulations
  • Manage manpower scheduling and daily maintenance activities to support continuous farm operations
  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and electrical systems
  • Coordinate with farm management on equipment needs, upgrades, and resource requirements
