Join SEA Aviation as a Maintenance Controller C, where you will help enhance Maintenance, Engineering and Operation. If you have experience as maintenance controller, aircraft mechanic/avionics and an extensive knowledge of all aircraft systems, Airline/AMO processes and related engineering knowledge, we would love to have you on board

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Ensure maintenance requirement are well prepared prior compliance of maintenance personnel thru coordination with concerned departments/ organizations.

·       Record, analyze and provide assessments to all reported technical issues and concerns of flight crew and maintenance personnel.

·       Coordinate with all concerned departments with an organization to facilitate smooth and immediate response to any Ensure completeness of technical documentations/maintenance task cards/worksheets with appropriate attached references, date, sign off and stamp of authorized personnels.

·       Liaise with Engineering, Quality and Safety team to provide detailed reports and corrective actions for all recorded technical events especially for reportable events (AG, ATB, FTB, RTO and IFSD).

·       Perform other related duties that a superior may assign.

Qualifications:

·       Graduate of related Aircraft Maintenance/Engineering Degree.

·       Computer literate, knowledgeable in operating MS Office programs.

·       With extensive technical background as Maintenance Controller, Aircraft Mechanic/Avionics, knowledgeable in engineering task/process flow and airline/AMO operations.

·       Knowledgeable with aircraft technical documentation and familiar with technical terms, process and work flow of scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance.

·       Able to decide matters with operational consequences with urgent sense of response to facilitate an urgent requirement.

·       Maintain normal flow of processes even in the time of pressure and urgency.

·       Able to provide immediate technical guidance and references to airline operating crews and maintenance personnel during urgent events (AOG, Inflight concern, reportable events, etc.)

Has good technical communication skills and able to work under pressure at any assigned stations
