  • Review work orders, assess priorities, and allocate manpower, tools, and spare parts accordingly.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime analysis, and resource utilization.
  • Support procurement by identifying spare parts and consumables required for maintenance activities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment, plant facilities, and maintenance practices.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with SAP or similar maintenance planning software.
