Salary Range: ₱35,000 – ₱50,000/month

About the Role:

  • Are you a high-performing sales leader with deep FMCG experience? This Manufacturing Corporation is expanding its sales force and looking for Territory Sales Managers to take charge of Samar and Leyte. As a TSM, you'll be responsible for leading distributor operations, driving sales performance, and executing retail strategies that strengthen our market position.
  • This is a high-impact role ideal for those who have previously worked with multinational or leading local FMCG brands and are eager to grow within a competitive, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow sales performance in the assigned territory (Samar or Leyte)
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure operational excellence
  • Drive product availability, visibility, and planogram compliance
  • Develop strong retail and wholesale partnerships
  • Analyze sales trends, competitive activity, and provide actionable insights
  • Execute promotions and trade marketing activities
  • Conduct regular trade checks, store visits, and market audits
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of FMCG sales experience (distributor handling required)
  • Proven background in top FMCG or household product brands (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of market dynamics in Samar or Leyte
  • Strong leadership, communication, and trade negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, field-oriented, and passionate about execution excellence
  • Must be willing to relocate or be based in the assigned territory
