Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow our sales operations in North Luzon . This role is critical in strengthening market presence, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective distribution management across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supplies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals, with proven experience in territory sales, distribution channels, and customer relationship management. This is a field-based role requiring both strategic sales execution and hands-on market engagement.

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or distribution, specifically in construction supplies, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of distribution management, dealer handling, and route-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, customer relationship, and communication skills.
  • Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and able to adapt to a highly competitive environment.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
