
Human Resource Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to provide efficient and effective support across various Human Resource functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support compensation, benefits, and leave management programs.
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and support the coordination of training and development activities.
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR-related concerns such as policies, compensation, and benefits, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support the formulation, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee and organizational information.
- Perform other HR-related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.
- A proactive team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
