We are seeking an experienced EA/HR Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and HR support across

multiple business functions. This role includes providing multi-business support as an Executive Assistant to

the President. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing several priorities

concurrently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide multi-business support as the Executive Assistant to the President.
  • Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Administrative & HR Support:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support across various business functions.
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Task & Process Management:

  • Handle multiple business tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to improve office efficiency.

Confidentiality:

  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple business tasks concurrently.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must not be employed and can join immediately
